Die Apoteka
Apoteka is conveniently located near the Tübingen AI Center and the ELLIS Institute. It is one of those coffee shops you’re unlikely to find in other cities: the vegan & plants concept, the amazing view over the mountains, and the genuinely knowledgeable owners and baristas all add up to a wonderful experience.
Their products are top-notch, and the brunch is incredible — the best vegan food I have ever had. It’s the perfect place for a warm or cold coffee or matcha alongside some very unique desserts. I can’t recommend it enough :)
